PartyPlay is a group party game app designed to bring fun to parties and gatherings. This document describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
2. Data we collect
We may collect the following data:
- Account data: name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google or Apple when you sign in.
- Usage data: game modes accessed, session settings (players, intensity), and in-app interactions. This data is used exclusively to improve the experience.
- Payment data: Pro subscription transactions processed by RevenueCat. No card data is stored by PartyPlay.
- Suggestions: phrases or ideas voluntarily submitted by the user to improve app content.
3. How we use your data
We use your information to:
- Authenticate your account and keep your session active
- Verify Pro subscription status
- Personalise and improve the gaming experience
- Respond to questions and support requests
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
4. Social login (Google & Apple)
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we only receive the information you authorise (name and email). We have no access to your password or other data in your Google or Apple account. You can revoke this access at any time in your device settings.
5. Pro subscription & payments
Pro subscription payments are processed by RevenueCat and the app store (App Store or Google Play). PartyPlay does not store credit or debit card data. For cancellations and refunds, follow the policies of the store where you made the purchase.
6. Data retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contato@partyplaygame.net. We will process the request within 30 days.
7. Security
We adopt technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or improper disclosure, including encrypted communication via HTTPS and secure session storage.
8. Children
PartyPlay is intended for users aged 18 and over (or 16 with a guardian). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we identify such a case, the data will be removed immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. When there are material changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of PartyPlay after the changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
